ManCat Monday, Disco Style


Disco wants to you to know that Teri hasn't kept to her New Year's Resolutions to exercise, but she is lifting weights in the morning, and that's a start!

Disco looks positively fit in this photo, but he needs to exercise, too, to be able to get down to 12# again (Ps: he is 14# 6 oz . . . his plateau it seems).

  8. TBT tells us that just "being active" is a great exercize. So tell Mom to just keep active doing "something useful" each day what involves movin around.

    And THEN sittin with you guys fer an hour...
