Since posting my Squillion photo, I've had a couple of people ask what a Squillion was.
Before I was a member of the Cat Blogosphere, I though a Squillion was like, more than a million...and even though before I spent all my disposable income on real cats instead of "collectable cats" even I, who have enough cat s#@t to fill a museum my mom used to say, didn't have a Squillion!
Well, now I do...though I will probably keep the number at one...that way it's even more special to me! If you Google Squillion, not a whole lot comes up about their origin, but maybe someone out there in the CB can fill us in...I think Jeter Harris has a zillion Squillions, maybe he knows...
Til then, here's some Squillion pix I found out there by Googling...

Squillions are loads of fun!
ReplyDeleteI am new to cat blogging as well and wasn't really sure what it was all about either. In fact, I thought it was a fad that I had missed out on. The other day, I was reading www.catblogosphere.com a little closer, and found some info on the squillions. I'm glad we are both sort of clued in now.
ReplyDeleteCalvin has a squillion too. We found them a couple of years ago at Walgreens. Sometimes you can still find them there.
ReplyDeleteWOW...I missed that fad. I thought that Beanie Babies were still the rage!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU for finally educating me on what they are! Now I don't feel so clueless!
ReplyDeleteYou can even adopt a VIRTUAL squillion! It's true! That way, you can have as many as you want and they're FREE!
ReplyDeleteYep, we have one of those Virtual Squillions, too. Her name is Purrnelope...she's on our sidebar down near our awardies...
ReplyDeleteWe have a virtual one, but we secretly wish we had a real one:)
ReplyDeleteI love those baby squillions. i wonder were you find those...
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be nice to have a squillion of those little cuties?
