Disco wants to you to know that Teri hasn't kept to her New Year's Resolutions to exercise, but she is lifting weights in the morning, and that's a start!
Disco looks positively fit in this photo, but he needs to exercise, too, to be able to get down to 12# again (Ps: he is 14# 6 oz . . . his plateau it seems).
Disco, instead of lifting those weights, maybe Teri can lift you! You are almost the same as one of those dumbbells - and I bet you are smarter!
